1. Service Agreement
By using Car to Car Mechanic services, you agree to these terms. Our mobile mechanics provide automotive repair and maintenance services at your location within our service area.
2. Service Area
We provide services in Indianapolis and surrounding areas. Service availability may vary by location and time.
3. Appointments and Scheduling
- Service hours: Monday-Sunday 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- 24/7 emergency services available
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before appointment
4. Pricing and Payment
- Diagnostic fee applies to all service calls
- Final price depends on parts and labor required
- Half of job Payment is required upon service Start, remainder at completion
- We accept major credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, Chime, and cash
5. Warranty
Our services come with a 3-month/3,000-mile warranty on labor, subject to normal use and maintenance.
6. Liability
While we take utmost care, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing vehicle conditions
- Manufacturing Defects
- Damage not related to our service
- Delays due to parts availability or weather conditions
7. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate vehicle information
- Ensure safe and accessible work area
- Be present or available by phone during service
